South on I-65 to Exit 76A towards Columbus.
Go East on US 31 into Columbus. Stay left on US 31 going East.
At the intersection of US 31 and Middle Road Turn Left on Middle Rd.
Pankratz Eye Institute is on your right just past the old Frank's Nursery (Soon to be Total Fitness). There is a green Pankratz Sign at the road directing you to the back of the lot. We are on the right side.
